YOUR MAIN PRIORITIES WILL BE:
Manage Customer Relationship
Engage with customers on various platforms, take note of their concerns and provide solutions.
Educate customers about company products and how businesses can gain benefit.
As a Communication Stream Between Teams
Channel customers’ concerns to the team, and provide suggestions to improve customers’ overall experience.
Keep Customers Updated (latest beneficial informations)
Manage company events & training workshops to increase customers’ awareness and knowledge about the company.
